Acrylic Sodium Salt Anionic Dispersant

 

Additive 5760 NA:
Additive 5760 NA is Sodium salt of Acrylic Homo-polymer based dispersing Agent. It keeps the solids dispersed in various conditions providing very stable dispersions. By dispersing the particles they maintain good uniformity. When compared with other dispersing agents these dispersants provide very good storage stability of the solids.

Advantages :

• Effective at vide range of pH and Temperature.
• Effective viscosity modifier. It permits high pigment loading maintaining flowable viscosity.

• 1 to 2% on Inorganic Pigments and Fillers.

Additive 5106 AM :
Anionic Dispersant-Ammonium Salt is suitable wetting & dispersing agent for water based coatings. These types of additives contain a perfect blend of anionic ammonium salt surfactants.

• Additive 5283 is specially designed Acrylic Polymer to impart desired Thickening, Flow and Leveling to Aqueous Systems.

Advantages:

• Imparts Stable Viscosity to finished product
• Improves Tack
• Can be incorporated at any stage of production sequence
• Synersis (Liquid Separation) Control in Low Viscosity Formulation.

Dose:

• 0.05 to 1.0% w/w on Total System, based on consistency requirement.

Application:

• Aqueous Coatings (Paints / Inks / Varnish)
• Aqueous Pigment Paste / Pigment Emulsions
• Aqueous Systems with non-soluble Solid Particles that requires suspension of solids and viscosity

“Additive 4260 Paste” is a special Thixotropic Agent for Non-Aqueous Systems. It is a proprietary product of modified vegetable oil.

Advantages:

• Can be incorporated at Dispersion Stage without preparing jelly. It eliminates/reduces Settling, Dripping, and Sagging. Increases Solvent in-take & Doesn’t contribute to colour. Being inert it doesn’t react with Pigments or Binders. Controls liquid penetration into porous surfaces. Improves Application Properties and Storage Stability.

Additive 4260:

• Additive 4260 is a Special Thixotropic Agent for Non-Aqueous Systems. It is proprietary product of modified vegetable oil.

Advantages:

• Can be incorporated at Dispersion Stage without preparing jelly.
• It eliminates/reduces Settling, Dripping and Sagging.
• Increases Solvent in-take.
• Being inert it doesn’t react with Pigments or Binders.
• Controls liquid penetration into porous surfaces.
• Improves Application Properties and Storage Stability.
• Doesn’t contribute to color.
