Additive 4218 :
We are considered to be one of the most profound processors of Low Foaming Emulsifier which is specially designed Non-ionic Additive. It is APEO Free additive that permits water incorporation in alkyd based coating systems. The offered range is highly recommended for high PVC paints like primers, oil based putty etc. Also, water can be incorporated in enamels with some compromise in performance properties.

• Compatible with all types of Alkyd Resins used for G.P. Enamels
• Addition of “Additive 4218” forms stable Emulsion resulting in longer stability
• Imparts high Viscosity to the system
• No water separation on storage and on Thinning down

Direction for Use :

• Prepare Coating System as per established formulation
• Place the finished paint under high-speed stirrer (suggested r.p.m. 700 to 1000). Add recommended dose of “Additive 4218” with constant stirring, run the stirrer for 15 minutes
• Start adding water slowly, @2 Ltrs. Per minute under continuous stirring
• Allow the machine to run for 30 minutes
